Art by Frank – Return & Refund Policy
- Production + Fulfillment
All products offered by Art by Frank are produced on demand. Once your order is placed, production begins, and the item is custom printed. Because each item is made uniquely for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges simply because of a change of mind or incorrect size/format selection. - Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item
If your item arrives and has a manufacturing defect (e.g., print misalignment beyond tolerance, wrong product printed, significant damage during shipping) please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
When you contact us please provide:
- Your order number
- Photos clearly showing the defect/damage and packaging
Once verified, we will either: - Offer a free replacement/re-print of the item
- Or issue a full refund for the item
In most cases you will not be required to return the damaged item.
- Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
Because each item is custom-printed and made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Wrong size / color / style selected by the buyer
- Change of mind / buyer simply does not want the item anymore
- Minor print placement variations (e.g., up to a 0.5″ tolerance for DTG prints)
- Refunds
Once your claim is approved, we will process your refund or replacement as soon as possible. Refunds will be issued via the payment method you used for purchase (or in rare cases via store credit/other method as agreed).
Please allow standard processing time for the payment to reflect in your account. - Return Shipping
If by exception we ask you to ship the item back, or you choose to return it, the cost of return shipping will be at your responsibility unless the item was confirmed defective or wrong. In most manufacturing/defect cases, no return shipping is required.
- Cancellations & Order Changes
Because each item is custom-printed, we cannot guarantee cancellation or changes once the order is submitted and enters the production queue. If you contact us immediately and we catch the order before production begins, we will attempt to cancel or adjust it—but this cannot be guaranteed.
- Platform/Marketplace Specifics
If you purchased via a marketplace (for example an online store, Etsy, Shopify, etc.), additional marketplaceāspecific rules may apply. We recommend reviewing the policy on the channel where you made the purchase. Also note: if the marketplace requires you to accept broader returns than what we provide, you may bear any additional cost or refund beyond what our fulfillment partner covers.
